Upon return from sick leave Sasha, a member of the NPAA New South Wales branch, was bombarded with several issues regarding incomplete documentation dating back over an extended period.

One main concern raised was regarding expired client care documents and incomplete comprehensive care assessments. Despite Sasha’s assurance of completing the reports, they remained unsigned or incomplete.

With an upcoming audit of Sasha’s place of work there was immediate pressure on her to rectify the issue. Feeling overwhelmed, Sasha reached out to NPAA for support.

With the Advocacy and support of NPAA Sasha’s service manager expressed a commitment to working closely with to update all documents promptly, ensuring compliance and readiness for the audit.
